breakfast option yogurt glass customer service stock problem
I appreciated the diverse breakfast options. I especially liked their granola and yogurt glasses. The location was excellent as well, near the event campus.
The room lacked coffee and tea. It seemed like the room had not been used for a while and was not fully stocked. I also observed that the staff in the restaurant was to have no customer service training.

amazing hotel stay!
clean room helpful staff comfortable beds
I really enjoyed the clean room. the staff were happy to help and super pleasant too. the rainfall shower was my fave. I loved it. the sky bar had fine views, and the beds felt really comfortable!
the pillows could definitely be better, though! it was difficult to get comfy.

the hotel provides sewing kits and shoe shine kits in the rooms. there is also a kettle and coffee machine available to use. it made things very convenient.

spacious room diverse option helpful staff
the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bed. the breakfast included diverse options, also the rooftop café provided great views. the staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
the thermostat in my room was not working correctly, i had to contact the reception each time i needed to adjust the temperature..

the room included a large, comfortable bed, i think, and soft sheets. it also offered a bench by the window for people-watching and relaxation. i found the view of the hydro quite fine, especially in the evening hours.

the hotel provided convenient access to the ovo hydro, ideal for concert attendees. the rooftop bar offered views of the clyde, particularly excellent looking west. breakfast service was available and the hotel had movement sensors to conserve energy.

The room was perfect. Everything I needed was available. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother. I would definitely stay again.

faulty shower early closure
I experienced some issues at this hotel. The shower head was not affixed properly and would fall down. The water was not hot enough for my liking. I was told the sky bar closed early for a private function. I would have selected different accommodations had I known.

My room had blackout curtains. I found a coffee machine in the room. The staff were friendly and provided lovely food.
The breakfast room was very busy after 9:30 am. Long queues formed at the single coffee machine. The coffee machine also ran out of milk
