I appreciated the diverse breakfast options. I especially liked their granola and yogurt glasses. The location was excellent as well, near the event campus.
The room lacked coffee and tea. It seemed like the room had not been used for a while and was not fully stocked. I also observed that the staff in the restaurant was to have no customer service training.

I really enjoyed the clean room. the staff were happy to help and super pleasant too. the rainfall shower was my fave. I loved it. the sky bar had fine views, and the beds felt really comfortable!
the pillows could definitely be better, though! it was difficult to get comfy.

the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bed. the breakfast included diverse options, also the rooftop café provided great views. the staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
the thermostat in my room was not working correctly, i had to contact the reception each time i needed to adjust the temperature..

the room included a large, comfortable bed, i think, and soft sheets. it also offered a bench by the window for people-watching and relaxation. i found the view of the hydro quite fine, especially in the evening hours.

I experienced some issues at this hotel. The shower head was not affixed properly and would fall down. The water was not hot enough for my liking. I was told the sky bar closed early for a private function. I would have selected different accommodations had I known.

The breakfast room was very busy after 9:30 am. Long queues formed at the single coffee machine. The coffee machine also ran out of milk
